OS: Windows, Mac OSX, Linux (Ubuntu, Fedora, etc.)
(I'm guessing you're using Windows judging by the "SERVER_AUTOCONFIGURED.BOT"

Ignore Hellspell, he just has a problem with your name :D

For the rest of your question, I would suggest using server.bat instead of server_wizard.bat. You will need to change your settings in config\servercmdline.txt (in your AssaultCube folder).
Read the documentation for more advice on how to do this.
Also make sure you have correctly forwarded the ports you want to use (28763 and 28764 by default.)

Try to use server.bat. Options for server.bat are in config\servercmdline.txt in your AssaultCube folder.
Read the manual also.

You need to forward the ports 28763 and 28764.

Try turning off caps lock too. It's the button next to your 'A' key.

Wait, this seems oddly similar to a certain "I'm haver problem" thread...

Someone ought to popularize RTFD as a more specialized variation of RTFM around here. I'd just love to get the point across to someone in 4 letters.

Read all of the docs, you will learn a lot.
For this you probably want server.html and commandline.html.

Basic help: if you don't know an answer to a question the wizard asks - leave it empty
Most commonly left blank: port

I see a big problem though with the line "writing to ... failed" - I bet this is a Windows Vista or 7 - one of those where you need to get proper permissions on the installation folder first, before you can actually use it :-/ ... I'm not sure on the correct way to do this though - Ärkefiende or some other Windows-guru should post the way-to-go here .. or possibly even add an article/paragraph about it on a windows-oriented wiki-page !!!

I Have an issue also, my console says couldn't ping yo?
Mod-Edit: this attempt at hijacking a topic is to be ignored! It's the most common issue with hosting and has been discussed plenty of times already, let him use the search-feature, don't get sidetracked.

This thread Confuse with server is about the same thing. As I said above - a windows-guru should post the proper method here and it should be put on the wiki.

if you´re using the wizard it tries to create another batch file which will start the server with your configuration, as you´re using windows 7 you are in lack of proper permissions to write in the installation directory, just right click on the wizard and open it as admin, do the same with the created batch file later
