Are all >BR< cheaters?

Every time I see a >BR< it is using hacks. Is this normal? Should I gather info to send to >BR< leaders? I don't have any names because I've only recently noticed the pattern.

They're everywhere. I've seen it once or twice where someone with the >BR< tag was not cheating. Usually they do though...

I've seen a couple that aren't (blatantly) cheating; I think the few that do sour the reputation of the whole.
So, to answer your question: Probably not, but remain wary of the other reasons for banning.

Doesnt BR stand for Brasil xD Not sure though FEBEM and Santos BR are hackers though.
