Could be a gravity hack or just lag but he does jump weirdly.

Eeer... posting in the Blacklist thread doesn't mean automatic blacklist. That list is just there for the server owners

he kinda do something odd with the rifle, and at some point it shows me that he has no ammo but still shoots :S and sprint so, idk may be the lag sometimes?

In a demo, you're better off actually counting shots in a magazine than trusting what the HUD says.

Thats a lot like what I saw earlier. And once again it's in CTF. It's not exactly the same, but there was some kind of gravity/ speed hack going on.
