If any of you are unaware of Undead, he has been a part of the AC community since late 2007. Since then he has often been recognised as one of the most polarising characters in this game; liked and disliked in almost equal proportion. His activities have, however, consistently drawn threads and posts of condemnation on the AC forums.
Recently his retaliatory behaviour has been brought to the attention of the AC development team. Incidents involving a long standing feud with TyD clan, with particular animosity toward {TyD}pwnage, have often been pushed into the wider public eye, spilling into public servers and on these forums. Today, Undead's revealing of, illegally obtained, details of HyPE|ImaCripple's actions, have shown a disregard for personal freedoms which cannot be condoned by the development team. It might seem that this is shooting the messenger, but Undead has been discussed at great length over the last couple of weeks, with today's events being the final straw.
In light of past warnings and the extreme nature of these recent events, the step has been taken to ban Undead from the official AC master server, these forums and the #assaultcube IRC channel on quakenet, for a period of two months.The dev team tries to keep an open mind on forum/server conduct, but this type of persistently poor and illegal behaviour will not be tolerated.
