Some crappy sh*t Mexican crap from a national company that is supposedly the fastest crap you'll ever get. It's basically the only company nationally which does this service, any other companies are too unknown or simply not approved by some gov't law. Because of that, it [Telcel] has no competition so it can be as crappy as they can be and still be used as much as your sister in a bachelor's party.
