Cant read packages\misc\notexture.jpg

[ACJD12]

I have uninstalled AC twice and re-installed twice.. It still doesnt work.
Keeps coming up the error message:
AssaultCube fatal error
could not find core textures.
packages\misc\notexture.jpg

I have also tried deleting it and re-downloading it off a friend.
It still does not seem to work.
If anybody is willing to help I would love that!

You have to run the launcher (assaultcube.bat), not the binary (bin/ac_client.exe)
