Can't get demos

When i try to get demos from any server I lag too much and i disconnect from the server.When I try to play tuotorial demo it gets an error.

Sheez...
What server was this? Im just guessing here, but maybe the servers max demo limit is too high or something.

It was[ nc| server II camping allowed] where demos are more than 1 MB.

There's no apparent issue with the packet-log. The game-log seems to suggest you're on Windows - XP, Vista, Windows 7, which one? - I don't like to do this, but it's so often a relief on Windows: have you tried to re-install the game!?!
Could you also please specify the error you said you get when you try to run the tutorial-demo!

Iam on Windows 7 and i have also treid to re-install but its still there a error in demo.

When i try to play a demo the game freezes up and it produces the code written above.

It's been reported several times that demos from servers on 71.235.140.107 have broken demo downloads. It's to do with the demos from the different servers over-writing each other and the assumption is that it's a problem with the way Windows stores demos temporarily, although armed (who runs the servers) hasn't confirmed this.
Affected servers are:
*rAgE*:. GODSPEED by armed |MATCH|
*rAgE*:. GODSPEED by armed |PUBLIC|
[ ~TgS~ clan server ] (two of them - 65050 and 65060)
[nc | server I - camping allowed]
[nc | server II - camping allowed]

Thanks jamz - I didn't want to mention it, because he did say "any server", but then again some users often generalize like that ... but it really doesn't explain why he says he can't even run the tutorial-demo - that's seriously weird, if true.
I'd appreciate if one of the demos - apart from the tutorial one (obviously) - was made available, to see whether it's a file issue or the local game at fault.

Here's one that produces the same effect as morkel's.
DO NOT PLAY THIS DEMO UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR AC CLIENT TO CRASH.
It says ac_keller, but the map is actually HeadShotCity_003; get it here (save link - no MIME for cgz), if, for some bizarre reason, you don't already have it.
