Colour of map message?

Hi all, I was wondering, how do you change the colour of your map message?
Also I sometimes see map messages that kind of pulse or flash, if you know what I mean.

The same way as in MOTD, look at this colour table HERE
You have to type \f[number] before a word or sentence this way:
/mapmsg "\f2Assaultcube \f3map" -> AssaultCube map
/mapmsg "\f2 Assaultcube map" -> Assaultcube map

Question: I've seen on SCR3W servers an intermittent MOTD and name of server... Is it a modified server?
