how do you watch a demo?

I have a demo where I was destroying in t/osok and but my teammate wasn't good so i lost and i just wanna watch so i can improve my game. :)

download demo->main menu->demos->watch demo->?????->profit :D :D :D

It'll be the last one in the demos menu. Space and mouse1 to change the views.
