I need advice on how to set up a server. I've taken screenshots, but don't know how to post them here.

ok so basicaly, i have this image up on my computer :

i have to type it out:

service name : assault cube
service description:

server ports
protocol|| Server ports||
TCP Any-> 28763-28764
UDP Any->28763-28764

apply-|||||-cancel


so after that i added my router IP as the port, and the assault cube with this thing above as the application...


then i go to my assaullt cube game thing in the server tab
on my MACBOOK pro 13''

here is what i type :

max clients: 20
advanced options:

in this box at the bottom of all the random green words it says :

WARNING: master server registration failed: failed pinging server.




PLEASE HELP ME WHAT DO I DO. I FORWARDED MY PORTS. AND IT WONT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably the best help, for now, is to take your hands off the keyboard and place them on your head.
Take a big, deep, slow breath.
Close your eyes as you exhale and think about calm, sunny meadows and fuzzy kittens.

When you open your eyes, you will no longer have the desire to shout in all caps, or use more than one or two exclamation marks.

Having a clear mind through this method will enable you to follow detailed instructions, which is crucial when it comes to running a server from a Macbook.

Also accept that, even if you follow all instructions perfectly, there is a chance that your Macbook will decide that you are not worthy to operate it, and will deny permissions to you. This is just a phase, and as it grows out of adolescence, will probably allow you back into its life in small degrees.

This is the true spirit of being owned by a Macbook.

ok so i did all that on portforward.com, another problem that i might have is, my model and everything is correct when i open it on portforward.com but when it shows me images on how to do it its very close but not the same as my actual thing when i log on to my router site, ive been looking on portworward for A LONG TIME and i cant find my model :{ please help
