Would you be willing/able to make an English translation of the archive self-extractor? and then put it on a file-hosting service with English download instructions?
maybe some do not like standart voicecom(voice commands) in game(niceshot,awesome,comon move etc),it is for them this collection sounds,do not judge strictly,had never done before nothing of the kind :D (http://depositfiles.com/files/n06ognbgv )

As so often: do not replace files inside the installation-folder - simply put them in the game-home!

It is a bad idea to replace game media rather than redirecting to a mod folder mainly for any reason that would require you to revert to a "vanilla" installation -- meaning the difference between "editing one line of assaultcube.bat" or "re-downloading the game and re-installing."
in second folder backup set of standard sounds(in archive 2 folders.. new sound and old standart sounds)
