Cant recieve maps

Sometimes when i switch to some certain servers there are maps i cant get. is there anyway i can get these maps.
and yea i typed /getmap

yea it still did work, and it says requestin map and it still doesnt work, and i cant see wat people say because its like a 1 second flash.

I have Vista Home basic. i used to play hardcore then i quit for like almost a year, but i just started playin again like a couple of days ago

Right click on the folder > Properties > Security
fix from there.

In the Settings Panel of Windows, "User accounts" or something like that. Then set the account you play with with the administrator privileges.
