Something is wrong with my game setting when I restart my laptop everything changes, And I try to uninstall and reinstall it back. Nothing change. I reset all the settings but I don't know how to change it into normal xp it look different new version

Write your settings in autoexec.cfg -- that way they get initialized each time you start the game (rather than having to change them by hand every time you start).
