I'm new to this forum, and first of all, i want to thank the whole AC crew for the nice and fine game! (:
here's my problem:
when is start the .bat, cmd comes up, but doesn't do anything
i can only see the cmd screen with this in it:

Did you update your drivers (mostly gfx card)?

There's a full Dutch locale translation?
If so, good job team!
I wonder if that has anything to do with it.
What is your monitor size (like 1024x768 or similar)?
Are you using any command line extensions (putting extra letters after the ac_client.exe in the assaultcube.bat file)?
Have you yet convinced Windows 7 that you are the owner of that computer? (XD Yes I'm serious... My W7 machine refused to let me do anything useful with it for a while, until I figured out permissions stuff.)

I disabled some configuration settings in the Nvidia Control panel for some compatibility issues, otherwise i get an other error :D
i changed my resolution in the config file to 1900x600
i didn't changed anything to the .bat file
and yes, i'm the owner with administrative rights (:
i'm playing it now in VMWare on a virtual windows XP machine :D
still kinda weird why it doesn't work outside the virtual machine :s
