when you're in a clan, you can improve your skills playing like team agains others. On the other hand, you can meet nice people from others countries and you can learn from them all about their society, languages and get some advices when you really needed; Obviously meet girls or just have fun not only playing in game. Sometimes you find annoying people and learn to deal with or get some experiences trying to ignore them. Respect only get it, when you are a relly nice person even when you play like shit, but is how your behavior affect on the others, being a gentleman or just an idiot.
