Multikick script fails

Hi all.

Ronald Reagan showed me his multikick script which doesn't work, and I decided to try to get it working. I've tweaked it quite a bit but I'm still not getting what I need. Here's code and a description of the issue: http://pastebin.com/9Rv0Jk9Y

I've also tried using integer equality and inequality operators instead of strcmp, but no matter which way around I put all this, I always get a failure, usually in the form of an Invalid Vote or an Invalid Reason. The first kick usually succeeds, but the rest fail in this manner. Any idea?

I've tried making a multi-forceteam script before, without success. After digging in and examining it for about a week(!), GeneralDisarray and I thought that perhaps there is something in the Deep Magic (source code) which disallows the scripting of batch-admin-commands (i.e., more than one admin command in a single script) such as forceteam and kick.
So my point is two-fold:
1) I think the code simply disallows this.
2) If someone can prove me wrong, I'm very interested in knowing the proper way to craft these scripts.
