Mod edit: I've watched the demo and there's no proof he goes 'invisble' at all. If you reallly couldn't see him, it's odd that you were able to shoot at him. Maybe it was him passing through the 'walk-through' closed doors that confused you?

@mod No he definitely was invisible the flag was floating over his head. Maybe the demo put in the player character? And my shots went through him he didn't die.
