Massive, and I mean *massive* vote abuse.
As soon as he is on a server, he tries to get somebody (randomly chosen) kicked.
He also disconnects/reconnects in order to avoid being kicked himself (since player id changes), and to rise his frequency.
It got to a point where I'd be worried for his mental health, because he did it so many times (we had entire games with the voting text showing by his sole action).

While I'm at it, I would like to report No1|Sp00kY_sWaG, apparently an admin, whose attitude was counterproductive.

Ok this is by far the worst vote abuse i have ever seen,he does it to random players just so we cant play in peace,he connects start the votes,then reconnects and again for the whole game,there was about 300 votes from him.....can be annoying when no admin is present...check this atrocity of a demo,very sad indeed
