Honestly, I don't see any impersonation. Since Flare. seems to be a rather new name, there is no known person behind the identity and no one to impersonate. That being said, if you play with this nick for a few weeks (3+), I'll be happy to whitelist your name on gibbed and {BoB}.

Also, judging by the nickname of the guy.... That's Fredrik. Unless someone knows exactly what proxies/VPN ranges he's using, it's impossible to ban him. He has so many ranges in the blacklist that I honestly stopped trying to ban him. I F2 is troll votes and such, but if you kick him, he comes back and bugs you more. If you ban him, he comes back with another IP and keeps trolling. I used to play that game with him. In the end, I just learned to ignore him or laugh WITH him. He seems to get bored and stop if you do so.

I'm a huge idiot. I completely forgot he has already made it known he wishes to establish a reputation under this name. I will whitelist you on {BoB} immediately, and I will whitelist you on gibbed.me as soon as I get back to my laptop.
