You can see that he initially tries to kick me for cheating, TKs me. cancels my vote then Bans me. Stupid. Full session log found below

Another point. Elite was kicked straight after me for the same reason..

In general, /15 blocks are too big to be using, and your /15s amount to the same block. 74.115.0.0/21 and 199.255.208.0/21 (along with 46.16.32.0/21) are anchorfree/hotspotshield; no sane server owner should allow their ranges. 178.33.32.115 is a frozenway IP; another VPN provider that's banned from the MS.
187.52.23.53 is innocent.

Obviously, because of the number of IP blocks here, I couldn't possibly condone banning these. If you had banned this range for the last three months, you would have prevented about half a dozen random players from joining your server. Also, it won't prevent Edward from playing because he thinks nothing of using proxies or VPNs to bypass bans.
