tag is only addition to the name, if he uses my nickname means it fake, but certainly not me to decide who to make a list and who is not

...I'm pretty sure it's the other way around. Your name is a common word, like "spike" or "gunner" or "jack." There will obviously be more than one person who will come up with the same word as their name (for instance, there are many people with the name "Shadow" in AC, but only one Shadow(Flame)Z :P). If somebody were playing as |40+|Axel, then it would be impersonation, since they obviously aren't in 40+.

Just a thought.
