This is another one that's not obvious, unless you look very closely.
The most blatant examples are at:
13'52 - there's a small adjustment up, then a sudden snap as the shot hits much higher up than the aim suggested.
13'31 - again, the aim is not on the head, until the sudden snap just as the shot is fired.
12'37 - his aim is nowhere near the head until it snaps when fired.
12'32 - again, the snap aim follows the shot, after he's already adjusted his aim 90° to swing toward the target.
10'44 - riiiight.
10'28 - The aim on this headshot is initially far too high because Zazu has jumped, but it still snaps down to hit.
09'39 - The aim is nowhere near the head until the shot is fired.
04'07 - He makes two adjustments to his aim, neither of which goes anywhere near the head, but he still gets the headshot.
03'35 & 03'33 - Is aiming far too low, makes a small adjustment, but then gets a snap aim to headshot.
03'19 - same again.

Hi, firstly I am totally against abuse of power, with all due respect, I never! Ban anyone without a good reason, including always instruct my members to ever kick / ban without reason.
It turns out that children have no education that comes to my server to break the rules and people. Personnel. AK | come to my server to play and gets you talking my clan is noob, we are garbage among other offenses, for this reason I was compelled to banish from my server.
Many know me and know that I give will never lose patience or ban without good reason, now who does not want to respect the rules of the server eventually leads to ban same.
Oh, another thing, forgot to put the print where 3 members. AK | talk that sCr3W clan is noob and then if not enough offends me directly into my own server.
The sCr3W did 3 years of clan have almost 200 members registered on the site and always had an excellent management in servers and maintains its good reputation due to not tolerate cheaters, insults and disrespect. Can confer.

A couple of things in response to Brutal and k4d4v3r',

The IP he used to blacklist you is an internal address and he went ahead and commented it out for us anyways, good job. As well, this is a blacklist report meaning it's up for the server owners themselves to do as they please meaning if it wasn't an obvious cheat, you won't be globally banned. As well, a good server owner will make the right choice. If you have problems with a post, the best thing to do is to ask the original poster to resolve the issue. If it is a serious problem, then you would find a moderator. In this case it's nothing I would be afraid of.

hi, good morning,
have people coming to our server, not talking hi, come and talk to our clan is noob, and the clan has been around for 3 years, never changed her name and have execentes players, players who have humility, respect and good heart. Logical as that whole clan is its ups and downs. I was 8 months without being able to play due to my parents being sick and I had to spend several nights in the hospital. Thank God they are right now and I'm coming back. Just want to inform that I am not obliged to tolerate certain types of people who do not respect the server and for this reason I feel the right to place such undesirable people in black list, both because I leave my PC on 24 hours for players to enjoy and am I paid for that energy.
I will not report it here, but in my servers these types of people are not welcome.

He starts to do this about ~3 minutes after i got onto the server. ~5-7 minutes into the game maybe. I saw him do it twice, only watched the replay to thie first point he does which is in the RVSF base.
