since you don't want to include Hosta and DamDam, I'll remove ech0 and Dam (Hosta is more active than both and DamDam is kinda similar [EDIT: to echo/dam, not hosta. although to be fair damdam has no internet atm]). Which makes 4/29 woop's active (13% active) vs 4/11 rC's (36% active).
