If you are in a range on TyD blacklist then you are banned from every server that uses that list.
Jg99 just removed you from the list on his servers.
But there are many many others using the same list that has to do the same.
So you can wait for them to read this thread and remove it or not (its all up to owner), or you can contact the owner via pm, email, irc or some forum.
