This is a problem that should be directer to the server owner directly, then you will be able to get help quicker.
Out from the info you have provided it is hard to say what exactly banned you for "abnormal client behavior". So you must also ask the server owner on this as well.

Edit: Re-download the 1.1.0.3 package to your operating system. The issue have been fixed now.
