I dont know how things are in Germany but over here it's the lefties that causes the most trouble with vandalism and fighting but it's only when a so-called neonazis (anybody critisizing the immigration politics to any degree is a nazi) causes some sort of the trouble it'll get attention (we ought to remember that everyone with socialist-/communist opinions are good people since they want eqaulity and peace everywhere after all and should not be criticised as they fight their holy wars). Banning political parties in a democracy isn't "legit" as u express it, I remember my school teacher saying the same thing as ur telling me and from that day I haven't been to any of her lessons since I can't stand such bullshit.
