#1 : ping is really affected by programs ur running and how fast your computer is ... low ping = good. Its also affected by how far you are from server.... high ping = lagg = bad

#2: Both are pretty good, but it could be your different settings in sauer and AC that makes the difference in FPS.... eg. you could have super low settings in sauer but high quality settings in AC, hence low FPS cuz the engine has to render more.....

Technically, FPS in sauer is supposed to be lower than AC ..... AC is designed to run on lower end computers.... Its really unlikely, but you might wanna check ur AC for viruses ://
