It would really help if people could add IP range the name can be used in.
Look at the entry for me.

[SELECT ALL] Code:

accept DES|OpenSource 85.165.0.0/14 80.212.0.0/15 88.88.0.0/14 83.108.0.0/15

If you arent in any of the ranges you cant connect using DES tag and my name.
Dont really know if you can use the name without tag if you arent in range but at least there is no tag abuse.

And if you wanna be 100% you can add

[SELECT ALL] Code:

accept OpenSource 85.165.0.0/14 80.212.0.0/15 88.88.0.0/14 83.108.0.0/15

Then no one can use name to, but tag is IMO more important to protect.
Of course it would be nice to have the name everyone knows me by alone but...
