ok, now seriously. I got the same crap thing:

go to:
settings/misc setting

where it says: Ping to servers at once: decrease the number. I got 5
on the next: milliseconds to ping servers: increase the number, I got 20000

I don't know if this will help you. but is something.

get a better Internet. [thing I hear everyday] :|
