hello why the Connecting to server I get the following error "Error disconnecting network server (Connection Refused you have been banned from this server) ... but i not hacking please help.

Because someone decided to ban you. It's okay. You've been banned not blacklisted. You should be able to get on after a certain period of time (default is 20 minutes but it can be up to whatever the server owner chooses). What server?
