If clanmates is there, then it's NOT ok
if not there, then it's ok as long as they deleted that map

It looks like a mini_douze type thing imo. However, I'm not a good mapper, so I can't tell if its real or not.
EDIT: Just saw them using it. Looks incredibly similar to the layout. Emphasis on incredibly.

BTW, that isn't "improved", those textures look like shit.

If the admin of the server put the map into play, then the server should be blacklisted, all things considered, although is a shit map ot begin with.
It's like not being allowed to desecrate the American flag kinda, you get someone to desecrate it for you, then you parade it around.
