I know where you're going with that poll, and I think that discussion is clearly against the open source philosophy. Everyone is entitled to his own tastes, whether it be green apples, red apples, pink apples, golden apples, or no apples at all. You can't just point at green apples and pretend they are bad or good, depending on how many people like them or don't like them. It's clearly a limited view of reality, you don't take into account people who think they are just okay, or people who don't mind at all. And you don't take into account other apple colors, which can be better or worse, you're just pointing at green apples and force us to make a 'yes or no' choice, without any other considerations. I don't see where you or the devs have any right to decide such things based on a single biased poll. AC is an open source game and green apples have their place in the game like any other sorts. Maybe you don't like them, but some people do, and you're not qualified to judge them, neither to restrict their freedom by removing green apples from AC. That's what open source means, open source means freedom, like in freedom to like green apples, whether you like it or not. So please let people who like green apples like them. If you like. I mean, you know what I mean, and that's final.
