How to make hole?

Hi. I create my new map buy i can't make hole in the wall.
I have wall, and I will make second room but i can't make this fuck*ng hole!!
Please, help!

Make the wall non-solid.
Raise the ground up to the bottom of the hole.
Lower the ceiling to the top of the hole.

if you need to fill the hole up quickly i just select the area under it and press F

That's simply not possible in AC due to engine limitations. All you can do is use mapmodels (bridges).
