Sorry if I havent read something that'd show this, already.
1) How do you add water?
2) how to you lower/heighten pieces of the ground, to allow water to be placed on the lower levels?
3) how do you name the map, and save it?
thanks ._.

how do you get the map to be used on bot games? it doesn't show up on the map list...
and online games? when I tried calling a vote for it, it said "invalid go away" or something.

1. Try
this.
2. The server does not have your map therefore it won't allow you to vote for it. You gotta find a server that allows regular clients (non-admins) to upload maps to the server via /sendmap, then try voting for it. The server could also have map voting disabled via it's configuration.

Teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat drunk all day.

Does your map fit the quality requirements? Perhaps that is what the error message is trying to get you to look at.
