PiToN, for a person to be blacklisted, a full I.P. needs to be included. The one you provided has an x at the end. If you claim admin and do the /whois command, it will give you a complete I.P. Also, the proof provided technically doesn't proove anything other than the fact that DNT has an I.P. 90.185.26.203. A demo of the game in which the player hacked would be much better evidence.

...except, PiToN seems to have included a demo (which you didn't), and the first three octets + name are invariably enough for me to go on. PiToN is an old-hand at blacklisting, and the fact that he omitted the final octet would imply he didn't have admin on the 007|Clan Server, where the demo came from. :)

That would mean that only admins can post in this thread, yup a full IP would be nice but not everyone can claim admin so a partial is better than nothing.
Now server owners can check their logs and add the full IP if they have it (like you did).
