IMO this is just a lag artefact. i-noob has an entire game in which to cheat, but chooses this one time to do something outrageous? That's very unlikely.
His pj spikes at 2'10, then another couple of times before dying. My guess is he either reached the flag on his client, or was still alive (at his end) when you killed the flag holder. The packet loss then either became so severe that he diconnected, or he realised there was no point playing on with that issue.
There were a coule of times I thought "wallhack?", but I know who this is; he's a skilled and experienced clan player.

After attempting to kick both, first vote passed but he rejoined, second vote disallowed. NO PROTEST was made against the kicks by either impersonator, this leads me to believe they were both fakers. i also asked in game and someone else said they were both fakers.

Mod edit: MG, one of these is *the* OVERLORD. IDK why the other is playing with the same name, but it's definitely him.
Also, in the IP below you got the third octet wrong; 246, not 264. That's definitely a cheat though :)

Previous aimbotting accusations and "textbotting" accusations also happened. I told him to feel free to make a BL entry but surprise surprise, never happened.
This BL entry may seem weak but if i owned a server i would seriously not want D-bags like this to play on it. But overall, Server owner, its your call.
