Hm, or take a look at the Rasberry Pii: Costs 20€, has enough power for Full-HD Videos,
and the only energy that it needs, can be get from a USB-Port or 4 AA (Mignon) batteries.

It doesn't come with a screen though, and it might be a little inconvenient to carry around in your pocket :P
But yeah, I'm not really the person who enjoys paying 400€ for a nice casing either.

Kindle Fire has no 3g support, modified android 2.3(I think)

and it works ;)
512 ram though

This still sounds decent enough for the price for people who don't need power/speed/aimbot.
