hello,
here I am talking about my problem since its been 9 days I play assault cube. all goes well then I connected today and I was banned everywhere without knowing why or how can you help me ? 
Apparently, you got caught in a range ban, you'll probably have to wait until you get out of it again.

On your servers yes. But there are other server owners using TyD blacklist, and until they remove it or TyD remove it and server owner update there list his still be banned some places.

No.
If you are in a range on TyD blacklist then you are banned from every server that uses that list. Jg99 just removed you from the list on his servers. But there are many many others using the same list that has to do the same. So you can wait for them to read this thread and remove it or not (its all up to owner), or you can contact the owner via pm, email, irc or some forum.

I have no idea what you are saying.
