How do I use the demo option and after that what do I do to upload that to youtube?

At the end of a game you hit the pause menu and go on 'demo'...
After that there should be a list of demos from that server (usually the last 5 games, sometimes last 3)
If you want the game you just played, get the last demo.

After that, you can use a screen capture tool on the demos to get your best bits.
I used fraps for my video. Then edit it all together.
Sorry if this wasnt clear.

Also, you need a bullet time script if you record from demos. That'd rawk. :D

Less often then you would think... i have plenty practise you see. xD.

if you will be using fraps defo record demos, and not ingame.
fraps will shag your fps. not sure about other screen capture things, but just a tip.
