Gamma reverts after a couple seconds

I set my gamma to 150 to deal with shit lighting but after a 2 or 3 seconds, the game automatically switches back to 100. Ideas?

Also, I know there's another command that adjusts the brightness of the game. I've searched the forums but can't find it. Anyone know what it is?

Are you using the developmental build of ac? If so, you might want to check your map settings in the menu, and disable "overwrite gamma settings".

and as rob said, /lightscale . /lightscale 4 is default, 1 is max (as bright as you can get). Dont forget to follow up with /recalc for instant results.
