I found other IP I'm using and I'm not banned on that IP

I believe not.

The server owner can not accept xiters. Can not accept racism ... etc ...
Servers need to be managed well. This is very important for the game! If you can not take care of your server, do not publish it in MasterServer. Servers that are published in MasterServer belong to the community!
