It doesn't matter whether you're lying about your brother or not. If it was your brother, then your brother's IP is banned, and that just happens to include you. Why don't you complain to your brother instead?
The ban is for 3 months; it will be lifted on 10 February 2013.

Here is the blacklist post. You're the top one, "unknow". You can see that the IP listed is 115.164.128.166, and I'm sure Medusa will happily provide a log extract to show that the player "unknow" in the demo is using that IP.
