Does the master server still exist? My IP must be caught in a range band if so. Can't join any servers.

Does the master server still exist? My IP must be caught in a range band if so. Can't join any servers.
I'm having the same problem connecting to most servers. I thought it was my provider, but after connecting to mobile internet, the connection status is the same. Some servers are working, though like hugo.I can see people who are on the server, but I can't join. Everyone i see lag
