Server BR

Brazilian players are experiencing very high ping on other servers, so I'm thinking of setting up some servers, including a private one. However, I confess I'm very confused about this. The technical part is quite simple, and maintenance is also straightforward: I just need to automatically send the logs to an AI, and it will provide me with everything I need to know in a simple, direct way. I can even use an AI to perform server maintenance, deactivating, updating, and reactivating the server. My questions are about what a server owner should and can do. What hierarchy should I follow regarding this? Does one even exist? The documentation is empty on this matter. I don't want any surprises. From the information I have so far, it seems I could set up some servers on the master server (MS) and block anyone I want for any reason, even if the server is public, is that right? Is there a limit to how many servers I can set up? And regarding the master server's blacklist, do I need to use it on my server, or can I accept direct connections even from players who are blacklisted on the MS? These are my initial questions.[/color]
