Apparently an admin can just kick a player off a public server for no good reason. Also hide this server from the server list for this player. So it is no longer possible to connect to this server. Why not just make these servers private and play with your personal friends? Who owns this server?

You were not kicked by an admin, terminated by enet is a protocol error. I've been getting it often when trying to download demos after a game, especially on my wifi connection.
