This all assumes the AC wiki is 100% accurate. hmmm... =)

Between w00p and "Mexeu com nóis, nóis mata" (MCNNM) - Even the wiki states that MCNNM was founded two months before w00p was founded; 2006-08-16 and 2006-10-16, respectively.

But, if you are really trying to get to the first clan, we may have some missing link to attribute.
For example:

The MCNNM team was founded by gu, and it became one of the earliest, strongest and most reputable Brazilian competitors in ActionCube (now AssaultCube). The team was mainly composed of lukas, luiz, Corisco, Sc0rpi0n, Spartan and Boni, some of whom arrived from the earlier formed Dark Desintergators Clan (DDC for short).

So even the wiki for MCNNM alludes to the idea of another, earlier clan. Without a wiki entry for those early clans, who is to say who was truly the first?
In the end this is only comparing data from clans that have wiki entries.
