i would love to start playing AC again please help

Hi I am Joe, I used to play AC all the time under the name of "killerjoe" but for a good 6 months now I haven't been able too because of graphics drivers can someone direct me to a good driver for my graphics card. My graphics card is (I think) mobile intel® 45 express chipset family. by the way I am using windows 7 home premium.
