Game very laggy on Windows 10

Yesterday I downloaded and installed the Windows 10 Insider Preview. When I downloaded AC and opened it, the game was very laggy. Like 2FPS laggy. I'm not sure if this will be fixed with future Windows 10 updates or not. Anybody else know what's wrong?

I'm running the 10 preview and haven't had any problems. Are you actually getting 2FPS or it just feels like that? Check things like VSYNC and such if you can. Are the graphics drivers compatible with 10?

I was legit getting 2fps, the fps counter on the bottom right said. Also what can I do to check if they're compatible or not?
