bescause i have my FOV maxed out so i can see just about 360. lol. it lets me see more.
what do you do?

I'm using 120 FOV at the moment.. I think thats what I'll stick with but who knows ;).

FOV is just about 120, gamma is just about 140.

I'm pretty sure 120 FoV is the limit, it's what I use.
Gamma 160, sometimes 180 in maps where shadowy-corners are really annoying.

Yeah, but also think about this.. While it may destroy your eyes, you may get a nice tan since your screen will be brighter than the sun at 300 gamma :).

Apparently some counterstrike-nuts continue to stick to their 19" CRT monitors. Something to do with refresh rates or being better to play FPS games on, I have no clue =S

your gamma just depends on your screen, 300 isnt exactly better is it?
120 fov is the max and a must use imo
