Yeah.... You could try to appeal whatever it was that caused you to be blacklisted in the first place (Better be honest because we're going to be enlightened to the truth eventually anyways)
But if you did something serious enough to be perma-banned I would suggest, imho, that you might find another form of recreation that suits you...
